Joe Gainsborough is a Director of Photography based in London. With over a decade of experience, he specialises in visual storytelling with a documentary and fashion-inspired aesthetic.
His work includes campaigns and content for clients such as Burberry, Balenciaga, Givenchy, Vivienne Westwood, Vogue, GQ, Labrum, Rose Inc., Nike, Adidas, Vice, Nowness, BBC, BFI, LSFF, Adam & Eve, Saatchi & Saatchi and TATE.
Numerous festivals have screened his work including BFI London Film Festival, British Shorts Berlin, Global Health Film Festival 2016, BFI London Flare, Leeds International Film Festival, Out on Film Festival, Our City Film Project Festival, This is England Festival, BIFA. As well as TATE Modern and the Design Museum. Recent awards include UKMVA, Telly Award.
